I've been dealing with hypertension for a long time, and more recently, diabetes, which led to the development of proteinuria some time ago. So, there's this phenomenon where my urine foams a lot. There was even a time when I had blood in my urine. Anyway, every time I get a physical examination, there seems to be an ongoing issue with my kidney function. The doctor keeps prescribing me hypertension medication like crazy, but no matter what I take, my blood pressure doesn't seem to fall within what's typically considered the normal range. Even on strong medication, I'm doing well if I get readings of 140/90, and without medication, it shoots up to 190/120, though I don't really feel much discomfort.

Given my kidney issues, I stumbled upon something that's supposed to help, based on the primitive belief that eating the affected organ can heal you. I didn't know what it was when I started taking it, but after three months, my blood test results showed significant improvement. The doctor thought I was diligently taking my medication, but honestly... I don't have much faith in medication, so I was actually taking supplements instead, but of course, I couldn't really say that.

It turns out, whatever I was taking seemed to improve my kidney function markers. I'm not sure if it's solely due to this supplement, but it also seems to help with my iron levels; at least, that's what I gather from others' comments, and my blood tests for iron levels come back normal. However, I've been feeling tired lately, possibly due to my kidney issues, but that hasn't improved. In fact, ginseng seems to be more effective for that.

Anyway, I'm currently three months into taking this supplement and planning to check again with a blood test in another three months... So far, it seems to be helping with the improvements.
