PGX Daily

I absolutely have to rave about PGX Daily. I've been procrastinating writing about supplements for various reasons, but this one deserves a shout-out. At the end of 2022, I suddenly started feeling extremely thirsty all the time and was urinating like crazy, which led me to get checked out at the hospital. Turns out, I had diabetes. Not only did I have the symptoms, but my levels were off the charts, with a reading of 12.3 in that test that averages your blood sugar over three months. And the cherry on top? I wasn't losing much weight before, but after starting on PGX, I dropped 10 kilograms. What's even more interesting is that after a year, when I got a bit lazy and cut down to taking it once a day or once every three days, my blood sugar levels started to creep up again, and I quickly gained 5 kilograms. This supplement seems essential for maintaining my health, so I'm back to taking it diligently.
