I've officially had it with AliExpress! Here's a heads up if you're considering this platform for your online shopping needs—think twice! Let me break down the nightmare I've been through.

It all started when I ordered a few items that never arrived. Yes, you read that correctly—never arrived. But it doesn't end there. When I tried to track these phantom packages, the status consistently showed they hadn't been delivered. No surprise there, right? However, when I reached out to AliExpress for a refund, they flat-out refused and sent my hard-earned money back to the sender instead. Can you believe it?

They had the audacity to ask me to head to the post office, collect some obscure document, sign it, and send it back to them. As if I had nothing better to do than chase around after a package that might as well be a figment of my imagination!

And here’s the kicker: even when I provided conversations from the Canada Post Office proving my case, they still wouldn’t budge. They expected me to get a stamp of approval, literally. What do they think I am, a government official?
